How it’s made

Every seat is developed following the details and the specific design required by the customer, overseen by the expertise of the internal department of prototyping process.
Suppliers are carefully selected, in order to receive quality components. Some of the processes have been outsourced, with the intention of maximizing the suppliers’ know-how.
An automatic foam injection machine, works with up to 10 different molds and parameters, realizing foams with proper hardness and thickness. The right formula to achieve comfort.
Every seat cover is plotter-cut accurately and precisely. It can be finalized, if needed, with the use of a high frequency welding machine, to apply several logo designs, or create different textures.
The process begins with conceptualizing the design. This can be a logo, a pattern, or any artistic creation. Whether done by hand or machine, the process results in beautiful, intricate designs that enhance the aesthetic appeal of fabric items.
